Working across the company’s
commercial divisions, including
reactive and planned maintenance,
apprentices are contributing to live
projects while building the practical
skills required by the business.
By investing in apprenticeships,
the company is building a skilled,
flexible team that can meet the
demands of a wide range of projects,
including commercial and student
accommodation developments.
Every year we bring apprentices
in because we want to mould them
the C&A way. It is so rewarding
to see them shine and grow as a
person. We’ve already had success
with employees who went through
their apprenticeship with Bishop
Auckland College and are still with us
now handling large, planned works.
