T Level Engineering
This course is perfect if you have a genuine interest in
learning about the technology and practices involved
in plumbing and are looking to pursue a career as a
plumber or in a related trade. You’ll learn the practical
as well as theoretical aspects of plumbing, covering
areas such as; Health and safety, Electrics, Domestic
hot water and heating systems, Cold water systems,
Sanitation systems, Central heating, Drainage systems.
You’ll learn about how plumbing sits alongside the
various other trades that make up the construction
sector. You can expect specialist plumbing workshop
spaces, access to mainstream systems like piping and
heating/ hot water systems, and learning how to install
various household appliances like radiators, sinks, taps
and sanitary systems.
Course Title
Learners will gain knowledge and craft skills of
electrical installation. Learners will learn through
theory and practice in how to install wiring systems in
a safe environment using relevant tools and equipment
associated with this discipline. The learners will also
gain an understanding of the IET onsite guide as well
as the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. Learners
will learn all of the required methods, procedures
and requirements of installing wiring systems. Upon
completion learners could progress to either a Level 3
course or a relevant apprenticeship.
Machining Toolmaking Level 2
Learners will gain hands on skills by manufacturing
components using milling and turning techniques to
produce high quality components. This will be supported
by learning how to use hand tools and measuring
equipment to manufacture basic components to
desired tolerances. Upon completion learners can
progress to either a Level 3 course or an apprenticeship
in relevant discipline.
