Kier Employer Skills Academy at
Bishop Auckland College
The new Kier Employer Skills Academy gives learners on construction courses the chance to gain real-world experience, work with
industry professionals, and access exclusive opportunities for work placements and apprenticeships.
Delivered in partnership with Kier Construction, the academy includes:
· Hands-on workshops and site visits to live construction projects
· Expert masterclasses and mentoring from Kier staff and subcontractors
· A focus on employability, diversity, and inclusive careers in construction
Learners will develop both the technical skills and industry insight needed to launch a successful career.
