This programme introduces the core knowledge and skills required for
effective teaching in the Further Education and Skills sector. It explores the
fundamental principles of planning, delivering and evaluating teaching and
learning, alongside essential topics such as assessment strategies, inclusive
practice, behaviour management, and the professional responsibilities of an
educator. You will develop confidence in designing engaging learning activities,
supporting diverse learners, and reflecting on your own practice to improve
teaching performance. The programme is well-suited to individuals who are
new to teaching, those delivering training in the workplace, or anyone looking
to gain an initial teaching qualification before progressing to full teacher status.
It is ideal for those beginning their teaching journey.
